Days at Embrace: A Retreat for Radical Self Love unfold slowly and intentionally, balancing movement, reflection, creativity, and rest.
Mornings begin in quiet connection—with silent walking meditation in nature, tea ceremonies, and gentle yoga practices to awaken the body and mind. After a nourishing breakfast, we move into workshops and guided sessions designed to help you explore mindfulness, creativity, and deeper self-awareness.
Afternoons offer a blend of somatic practices, yoga flows, and creative healing experiences such as art-based reflection or sound immersion. There is always space to rest, journal, explore the trails, enjoy the sauna or plunge, or simply be.
Evenings bring the community together over shared meals and meaningful conversation. The day closes with deeply restorative practices like Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound baths, or cacao ceremony—allowing you to unwind, integrate, and settle into deep rest.
Every day is thoughtfully curated (with some surprises- to incite wonder and joy), but always spacious—giving you the freedom to honor your own rhythm.

Day 1
Friday May 22, 2026
Your Embrace journey begins as we gather, settle into the space, and gently arrive in community. After lunch and time to unwind, we’ll ease into the retreat with a grounding Hatha yoga practice followed by our first group session designed to open the door to reflection and connection.
As the evening unfolds, restorative yoga with aromatherapy invites deep relaxation before we share dinner and satsang together. We’ll close the day with a soothing Yoga Nidra and tea ceremony—an opportunity to soften, rest, and begin cultivating the radical self-love that will guide our days ahead.
Day 2
Saturday May 23, 2026
We begin the morning in quiet connection with nature through a silent walking meditation followed by tea and a nourishing breakfast. An intention-setting meditation invites you to anchor into what you’re calling into your life.
The day unfolds with immersive workshops, somatic exploration, and soulful vinyasa flow—practices designed to reconnect you with your body, creativity, and inner wisdom. There will be space for rest, reflection, or exploring the surrounding nature before we gather again for yin yoga and aromatherapy.
The evening closes with dinner, silent reflection, and a deeply restorative sound bath and tea ceremony.
Day 3
Sunday May 24, 2026
Day three invites play, creativity, and embodied joy. After morning meditation and breakfast, we’ll move into workshops and mindful movement practices that encourage self-expression and curiosity.
Creative healing sessions will guide you through contemplative art practice, offering new pathways to explore your inner landscape. In the evening, rhythm-inspired yoga will energize the body before we gather for our final night celebration dinner, Aura Gala and satsang together.
We’ll end the night with a heart-opening cacao ceremony—an opportunity to celebrate the community we’ve created and the love we’re cultivating within ourselves.
Day 4
Monday May 25, 2026
Our final morning begins with silent meditation and tea as we reflect on the journey we’ve shared. After breakfast and a final intention-setting practice, we’ll gather for our closing sessions and a meaningful seva ceremony to honor gratitude, service, and connection.
The retreat concludes early afternoon with a creative expression and farewell circle, giving us time to integrate the experience and carry the spirit of radical self-love back into our everyday lives.

EMBRACE is unique in that it empowers its community members to take control of their own wellness journey. EMBRACE offers two retreat paths. The Partial Journey offers the full EMBRACE retreat experience — four days of yoga, healing workshops, sound bathing, reflection, and community designed to guide you back to yourself.
The Full Journey continues beyond the retreat, offering extended support and integration to help you carry the practices of radical self-love into your everyday life.
Both paths begin in the same sacred space: a commitment to return to self.

Our Circle of Care is a collective of wellness practitioners, healers, and facilitators deeply committed to the wellbeing of BIPOC women. Each member brings expertise in their field and a shared passion for creating spaces rooted in care, sisterhood, and radical self-love. We believe that while illness can feel isolating—where there is “I” in illness—true wellness is cultivated in community, where there is “we” in wellness. Together, we hold this retreat with intention, guiding practices and nurturing an environment where every woman feels supported in returning to her truest self.
