(Family friendly)- Similar to our karaoke yoga in that it blends both song and asana, but different in that we will incorporate rhythmic movements to music from all over the globe.

VINYASA YOGA
A pranayama centered class where we sync our breath to our movements to increase vitality, improve flexibility and gracefulness.

GENTLE SUNRISE

(Family friendly)- A gradually paced class that warms the body up from hours of sleeping. Beginning with gentle movements working towards various sun salutation series.
(Family friendly)- A slow paced meditative fusion of sound bath, pranayama and moving meditation. This 30 minute meditation is great for fostering mindfulness and body awareness.

CANDLELIGHT
Friday 6:30PM
Opposite of Gentle Sunrise this class prepares your body for rest. It is a great way to end your week. Paired with dim lights, singing bowls and aroma therapy, this class will make you leave your week on the mat.

YIN YOGA
Tuesday 6:30PM
Slow paced deeply contemplative practice that focuses on maintaining healthy fascia and joints. Poses are held for an extended period of time and they are supported by conscious pranayama practice.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Tuesday 8:00PM
Deeply meditative, stress relieving and relaxing practice that complements any yoga practice. In this practice poses are held for an extended period of time while the practitioner is fully supported by props. Great for calming the nervous system.
